... I was intent on examining the teacher’s influence on the group and, conversely, the impact of students on the teacher.

The findings confirmed what extensive experience has taught me: this delicate balance is instrumental in shaping the classroom climate – fascinating!

I studied the dynamics of 16 of my classes over a three-year period and then involved six colleagues to ensure the methodology was transferable. Further validating
the effectiveness of the approach, all eight performance management judgements during this phase were rated as 'Grade 1 - Outstanding'.
