Getting close to your daily work
The 1-1 coaching package begins by guiding you to set your goal, establish your context, and identify the values that underpin your role as a CPD leader or a mentor. Throughout the coaching journey, we continue to address emerging needs and interests. In addition to leveraging the RLDP's three 'Engines,' we may also refer to the programme's correlator to inform your next steps.

Charting your educational influence
During the coaching sessions, we provide a safe and supportive space for you to notice, reflect and articulate your thinking. We encourage curiosity about how your values manifest in your practice, an exploration of your educational influence, and an examination of the rationale behind your decisions, all aimed at illuminating valuable insights.

Your impact report
At the end of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to reassess your strengths. Sean will use comparative data to create an impact report. The collaborative document provides both quantitative and qualitative evidence of your growth in leadership capacity over the 3 month period.

Between 2014 and 2023 over 15000 assessments (RLA and Feedback) have been made to help develop resilient leadership capability.
We routinely analyse the results of these assessments as part of our research to establish and maintain:
• Validity -
the statements accurately reflect what is required to be a Resilient Leader
• Integrity -
facets and statements are correlated only where we expect and each statement is
sufficiently differentiated from others
• Sensitivity -
responses to the frequency scale are well distributed for each statement.

What do I need to use this tool?
You can access the RLDP on any laptop, pc, tablet or smartphone.
How much do the packages cost and what does it include?
We encourage a 20-minute scoping call to see if the programme is a good match for your current needs.
Should you proceed, the 3-month deal includes 1-1 sessions with me to extract insights from your profile and data, and of course, coaching sessions. The cost is dependent on how many sessions you select. The Pricing tab provides details of options and associate costs.
The package price includes an initial assessment and a re-assessment leading to a comprehensive report to show evidence of impact.
How do I pay for the package I choose?
Payment is processed when you use the 1-1 Coaching appointment button to arrange your first session. You should select a date that allows you to complete your assessment and collect feedback from colleagues (should you choose to do so). Your RLDP will be set up and details and guidance sent to your preferred email upon payment.
