Order

Order

To populate the Elusive Formula framework, I introduced key characters and established a set of provocative parameters.

My research unpacked each of these terms before turning to the expansive white space at the centre of the template.

The bottom-left quadrant recognises a state of complete order. Think: a fire drill, end-of-year exams, or perhaps a tightly structured lecture - legitimate and largely uncontroversial expressions of control.

Order is, of course, necessary in lessons. But it’s the word complete that gives this coverage its edge. When a teacher dominates the class through sheer personality or status, it invites critique, reflection, and dialogue around the power dynamic.

Who holds the space? Who gets to speak? What gets silenced?
